Erika Frydenlund, PhD
Erika Frydenlund, PhD, is an executive coach, computational social scientist, and interdisciplinary practitioner whose work focuses on how people navigate complexity, institutional life, and periods of transition. Her approach integrates systems thinking, reflective practice, and arts-based inquiry to help individuals and teams move from fragmentation toward greater clarity and coherence.
She's a co-founder of the Storymodelers international research collaborative, and co-leads the Arcsmith collective that uses arts-based workshop facilitation for leadership and teambuilding.
Clarity is not the absence of complexity.
